It completely depends on you as a client. Most of my clients are with me from 6-12 months because they enjoy the progress they see and the knowledge they obtain in my coaching. However, there is a minimum commitment of 3 months as this is how long we need to make some great progress. This is not a quick fix and overnight results are not what I offer, my approach is healthy, sustainable and enjoyable. 

 

Yes, I can make your plan tailored for no equipment or the little you do have. After you enquire, we can discuss all of your preferences on the phone. 

 

No, some of my clients have never stepped foot in a gym before. The training programme I will design for you will clearly show how each exercise should be performed. However, if you’re still unsure about your form, you can film your exercise in the app and I can provide feedback. 

 

Yes, I have clients that have all types of allergies, intolerances and preferences. I cater for all of these needs when I create your bespoke meal plan. 

 

Yes, all training plans are tailored to you so I can make sure all injuries are taken into account. 

 

Payment is taken monthly by direct debit. It’s as easy as having a Netflix subscription. 

 

By my app that you can install on your phone or tablet. I will ask for key measurements as well as photos so I can keep a close eye on your progress and ensure you are on track to achieve your goal. 

 

Yes, with a degree in Psychology and a Mental Health Awareness Diploma, mindset coaching is a big focus in my coaching and something I incorporate with all of my clients. However, there is a special service I provide that enables you to have even more support with this.
