Lucy Chewins

Hey, i’m Lucy, a dedicated Online Fitness Coach! I am hugely passionate about helping busy women create a happy and healthy lifestyle that allows them to unlock their full potential and truly love themselves inside & out!



My own personal journey has not been easy. For years I battled with low self-esteem and felt I had no self-worth and my relationships were affected as a result.



I found myself constantly pushing the people I loved away because I just couldn’t see how anyone could love me, when I didn’t even love myself.

My self confidence was at an all time low to the point that I struggled to even leave the house. 

Fitness helped me overcome my struggles.



It gave me a place where I could go and focus on me and my goals. It wasn’t for anyone else, I was doing it for ME and in that I became stronger and soon, I had built up the confidence to say, actually, I do love me.



Over the years I have fallen in love with health and fitness and becoming the best possible version of myself. I have made mistakes, I have learnt and I have grown and I now understand that in order to achieve your goals, you do not have to eat a super restrictive diet, be totally miserable, do endless hours of cardio or miss out on all the social occasions.



You CAN achieve the physique you’ve always wanted & build a strong mindset whilst living a happy, healthy and FUN life. My goal is to take all the guesswork away, help you ditch the fad diets that never work, and support and guide you in creating a sustainable lifestyle with long-lasting results.

Questions & answers

It completely depends on you as a client. Most of my clients are with me from 6-12 months because they enjoy the progress they see and the knowledge they obtain in my coaching. However, there is a minimum commitment of 3 months as this is how long we need to make some great progress. This is not a quick fix and overnight results are not what I offer, my approach is healthy, sustainable and enjoyable. 

Yes, I can make your plan tailored for no equipment or the little you do have. After you enquire, we can discuss all of your preferences on the phone. 

No, some of my clients have never stepped foot in a gym before. The training programme I will design for you will clearly show how each exercise should be performed. However, if you’re still unsure about your form, you can film your exercise in the app and I can provide feedback. 

Yes, I have clients that have all types of allergies, intolerances and preferences. I cater for all of these needs when I create your bespoke meal plan. 

Yes, all training plans are tailored to you so I can make sure all injuries are taken into account. 

 

Payment is taken monthly by direct debit. It’s as easy as having a Netflix subscription. 

 

By my app that you can install on your phone or tablet. I will ask for key measurements as well as photos so I can keep a close eye on your progress and ensure you are on track to achieve your goal. 

 

Yes, with a degree in Psychology and a Mental Health Awareness Diploma, mindset coaching is a big focus in my coaching and something I incorporate with all of my clients. However, there is a special service I provide that enables you to have even more support with this.
